Pictured above – Huntsville Otters Carter Quinlan scores in Duke Knox hockey tournament game action vs the Kawartha Coyotes.
There will be just one more set of photos after this one!…
Huntsville Otters 2018 Duke Knox Hockey Tournament Photos
Do you mind if I insert another sequence of photos here? I must. The gallery sort of scrambles the order of photos, depending on screen size, and sometimes seeing a series of photos in proper order tells a better story.
Carter takes the face-off, and although from my angle I couldn’t see the puck, he didn’t lose sight of it for a moment. He picked up the puck and took it deep into the Coyote’s zone. From a wide angle Carter somehow managed to find some space on the goalie’s short side.
The puck hits mesh and the Otters go wild!
Enjoying the moment!
A greeting from the team and coaches at the bench, then it’s back to thinking about the next shift.
A sequence for Daelen Kay – Disclaimer: no feisty Otters were harmed in the making of this sequence.
A hungry Otter swarms the Coyotes net hoping for a juicy rebound. The ref looks on as big Daelen and a slightly bigger Coyotes defenseman arrive at the goalie at the same time.
Crunch time! I’m not sure who bounced further. Good effort Daelen!
And now for some goalie action at the other end – Quinten makes another nice diving save.
Otters, this post contains 50 photos from your game with the Kawartha Coyotes – third period action. One last post still to come!
The thumbnail grid below repeats all the same photographs seen in the gallery section on the page, and is included here for those needing an alternate way to download and save their photos.
