On the weekend I checked in at Gull Lake to see how the fishing was. I met a family having some good luck catching perch and bass from the dock. It was lucky that I had one of my cameras with me and was able to get a few photos of a little boy catching fish on his first ever fishing outing! He’s a natural too! It was fun to see the little guy with his Spiderman fishing rod happily making webs with his line and catching fish. He was very pleased with his perch! I’m sure these guys, like the rest of us, hope we get a few more nice weekends to have some more fun fishing on the local lakes.
